Hi, I'm Payton! I'm a seasoned UX/UI Designer with an unwavering passion for the dynamic world of SaaS. My journey in the design realm has been nothing short of exhilarating, and I'm thrilled to share my story with you.

Current Role: I’m currently working as a UX Designer at Agile Defense, where my team often turns to me for AI expertise. I’m involved in designing AI-powered internal tools and helping shape how we use AI on various contracts. My focus is on turning complex platforms into intuitive, easy-to-use products that work well for both technical and non-technical users. I also lead efforts around onboarding, build custom AI agents, create interactive learning materials, and work closely with different teams to deliver solutions that are secure, scalable, and truly useful.

Professional Background: Prior to my time with Agile Defense I worked as a UX/UI designer with both TrustCloud and Efraud Services. My goal is to redefine user experiences and continuously push design boundaries.

Design Philosophy: Empathy is my guiding principle. I prioritize understanding user needs to create meaningful interfaces. My design decisions are research-driven, grounded in data, and inspired by user behavior.

Ambition and Growth: I'm a self-starter and an advocate for growth. I'm constantly challenging myself and those around me to become better designers.

Education: I'm a certified UX/UI Designer with over 900 hours of intensive training. I also graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, which greatly informs my design approach.
